Hey everyone!

Just wanted to share some information about Pat Turner, a candidate running for one of the three open Commissioner seats next month. I attended the Commissioner's Forum last week at the Town Hall and asked Pat personally about her position on future residential development growth in Swansboro. She identified herself as being opposed to residential growth, especially in the lower end of the price spectrum. In fact, as a current member of the Swansboro Zoning Board she recently denied an application for a high-density, low-end development.

Pat is someone that needs our support and our votes on November 5th. She is the type of person who will help to raise our property values by keeping the smaller, less expensive developments out.

Don't take my word for it though; do your own research into her political position and support her if you feel she is worthy.
